HomeVision’s AI review will enhance experience for AIM-Port users

MIAMI; Dec. 4, 2025 – Atlas VMS, a leading valuation management company providing modern appraisal and technology solutions, has announced plans to integrate HomeVision’s AI-powered collateral underwriting and appraisal review function into its AIM-Port order management system. The integration will elevate the experience for lenders and appraisal management companies who use AIM-port by leveraging automation to reduce operational burdens and improve appraisal quality.

HomeVision uses intelligent rules, workflow automation, and advanced analytics to transform complex appraisal data into actionable underwriting insights. By automating the bulk of policy and eligibility checks, it enables underwriting teams to focus on nuanced, high-value decisions instead of manual document review. HomeVision has processed more than two million appraisal reports with this technology, proving that it facilitates material reductions in review time and revision rates.

AIM-Port, which was acquired by Atlas in July 2025, is a modern appraisal order management platform originally built by an AMC to handle high-volume, nationwide appraisal operations. Today, it serves lenders and AMCs across the country with configurable workflows, robust integrations, and detailed performance reporting.

Once integrated, AIM-Port users will be able to route appraisal reports and supporting documentation directly into HomeVision from within their existing order management workflows. This will allow lenders and AMCs to:

• Automate policy and investor guideline checks using HomeVision’s configurable rules engine for different property types, forms, investors, and loan programs
• Adopt exception-based review, automatically clearing compliant files while flagging only those requiring human attention—significantly reducing review time
• Streamline operational workflows by connecting AIM-Port and HomeVision into a unified process for ordering, reviewing, escalating, and revising appraisal files
• Gain real-time visibility into collateral risk and performance, using HomeVision’s reporting and data visualizations to monitor policy trends, panel performance, and team productivity

Atlas VMS said it intends to use the combined solution across Atlas’s in-house AMC to support quality control reviews.
