Erik Richard Morin | Chief Executive Officer
Erik has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage and valuation industry, and was the Founder & CEO of Landmark Network, a leading appraisal management and technology company acquired by Class Valuation in 2018. Prior to the acquisition Landmark earned its place on the Inc 5000 four times. Erik served as COO of Specialty Teams for Class Valuation until he sold his partnership interest in 2021 and launched a consulting practice, E.R. Morin Strategies, Inc. where he is an active investor and advisor for leading mortgage lenders.
NMP Magazine named Morin a Mortgage Professional to Watch and HousingWire awarded him the 2023 Vanguard Award. He has served in numerous leadership roles with national non-profits and industry trade associations including the MBA, National Appraisal Congress and he was named to the NRMLA Board of Directors in 2023.
Sean Marsh | President
Sean is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over two decades of leadership in the mortgage and fintech sectors. He currently serves as President of atlas vms. Previously, Sean was the Founder & CEO of LoanMonkey, a national mortgage lender based in San Diego. Under his leadership, LoanMonkey experienced significant growth and innovation before its acquisition by Orchard Inc. in January 2022. Prior to LoanMonkey, Sean served as CEO of Synergy One Lending, a national mortgage lender that was acquired by Mutual of Omaha Bank in 2018. Earlier in his career, he founded One Reverse Mortgage, which became one of the largest reverse mortgage lenders in the U.S. before its acquisition by Rocket Mortgage in 2010.
Sean began his entrepreneurial journey by founding Access Mortgage, which was acquired by Webster Bank in 1999.
Joseph Pravettone | Chief Appraiser
For more than two decades Joe Pravettone has been deeply involved in every aspect of the valuation industry. Starting as an independent fee appraiser, he has amassed invaluable experience as he established high-performing teams while working at national AMCs. His career continued as he assumed the role of Chief Appraiser at American Advisors Group (AAG), the nations largest reverse mortgage lender at the time, where he led appraisal operations compliance with industry standards. Now serving as the Chief Appraiser at atlas vms, Joe brings his wealth of expertise to drive excellence in appraisal quality.
Anneta Pope | Chief Growth Officer
Anneta Pope brings dynamic leadership and a wealth of experience in strategic growth, business development, and client relations. Her extensive background in executive leadership spans across the mortgage, correspondent banking, SAS software, and appraisal industries.
Anneta started her career at Heidrick & Struggles in Silicon Valley while pursuing her Master's degree in Organizational Business. She has since held pivotal roles such as Chief Operating Officer at Bradford Technologies and Executive Vice President of Strategy at E.R. Morin Strategies. She has driven growth initiatives, improved client retention, and developed sales strategies at companies like InCenter-BNT, Premier Reverse Closings, and Finance of America.
With a comprehensive understanding of the industry and strong track record of building teams and impactful growth strategies, Anneta is poised to lead atlas vms's growth strategy as Chief Growth Officer.
Chris Jones | Chief Operating Officer
Chris Jones brings almost two decades of leadership in valuation and operations management. He began his career at Landmark Network, where he rose to the role of Vice President of Operations, overseeing national fulfillment and spearheading the development of the company’s proprietary technology platform. Following Landmark’s acquisition by Class Valuation, Chris transitioned into enterprise technology leadership, ultimately serving as SVP of Enterprise Program Management. In that role, he led large-scale systems integrations and strategic initiatives supporting some of the nation’s top lenders.
Chris is known for blending operational discipline with forward-thinking innovation, and his leadership continues to shape the future of valuation services at atlas.
Mick Tindall | Chief Technology Officer & President, Platform Solutions
Mick Tindall is a seasoned technology executive and solutions architect with extensive experience driving innovation across financial technology platforms. He currently serves as Chief Technology Officer & President, Platform Solutions at atlas where he leads the company’s technology strategy and platform architecture. In this role, Mick leads the continued development and integration of AIM-Port, the order management platform acquired by atlas in July 2025.
Prior to this, Mick served as Director of Technology at AIM-Port, where he was instrumental in shaping the platform’s architecture and scaling its capabilities to meet the complex demands of appraisal management workflows. Over the course of his career, Mick has designed and delivered numerous enterprise software solutions, with a focus on mortgage technology, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Mick is also a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, bringing a rigorous quality assurance mindset to software development and process improvement initiatives. His work bridges strategic vision with hands-on engineering leadership, making him a key force behind atlas’s platform-driven growth.
Luis Terrero| Director of Client Experience
Luis Terrero has a diverse background in business relationship management and team leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Client Experience at atlas., he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. With over a decade of experience in the technology and telecommunications industries, Luis has demonstrated a consistent track record of success. Prior to joining atlas VMS, he held key positions at reputable organizations, most recently serving as Region Team Lead and a national AMC. Luis previously held management roles at Enjoy Technology and AT&T.
Luis's expertise in business relationship management make him a valuable asset to the atlas VMS team. In his current role, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences and driving innovation in the appraisal management industry.
