Erik Richard Morin
Erik has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage and valuation industry, and was the Founder & CEO of Landmark Network, a leading appraisal management and technology company acquired by Class Valuation in 2018. Prior to the acquisition Landmark earned its place on the Inc 5000 four times. Erik served as COO of Specialty Teams for Class Valuation until he sold his partnership interest in 2021 and launched a consulting practice, E.R. Morin Strategies, Inc. where he is an active investor and advisor for leading mortgage lenders.

Sean Marsh
Sean is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over two decades of leadership in the mortgage and fintech sectors. Previously, Sean was the Founder & CEO of LoanMonkey, a national mortgage lender based in San Diego. Under his leadership, LoanMonkey experienced significant growth and innovation before its acquisition by Orchard Inc. in January 2022. Prior to LoanMonkey, Sean served as CEO of Synergy One Lending, a national mortgage lender that was acquired by Mutual of Omaha Bank in 2018. Earlier in his career, he founded One Reverse Mortgage, which became one of the largest reverse mortgage lenders in the U.S. before its acquisition by Rocket Mortgage in 2010.

Chris Jones
Chris Jones brings almost two decades of leadership in valuation and operations management. He began his career at Landmark Network, where he rose to the role of Vice President of Operations. Following Landmark's acquisition by Class Valuation, Chris transitioned into enterprise technology leadership, ultimately serving as SVP of Enterprise Program Management.

Mick Tindall is a seasoned technology executive and solutions architect. For more than two decades Joe Pravettone has been deeply involved in every aspect of the valuation industry. Starting as an independent fee appraiser, he has amassed invaluable experience as he established high-performing teams while working at national AMCs. His career continued as he assumed the role of Chief Appraiser at American Advisors Group (AAG), where he led appraisal operations compliance with industry standards.
