What Sets Our Process Apart?

We call your borrower before the appraiser ever shows up. Before any appointment is scheduled, an Atlas VMS team member personally calls the borrower to introduce themselves, explain the appraisal process, and help them prepare their home. We then introduce the appraiser who will be setting their appointment.

The result: fewer surprises, fewer revisits, and a borrower who feels taken care of from day one.
