Atlas VMS does not solicit or provide regulated Appraisal Management Company (AMC) services within District of Columbia. However, mortgage lenders operating in District of Columbia may independently license the AIM-Port technology platform to coordinate and manage their own internal, lender-approved appraiser panels.
Non-Licensed Jurisdiction Information
Atlas VMS is currently not registered as an Appraisal Management Company with the District of Columbia Board of Real Estate Appraisers (DLCP). In compliance with state law and federal Title XI provisions, Atlas VMS does not directly contract with appraisers or provide appraisal management services within District of Columbia.
Lenders seeking appraisal coverage in District of Columbia must either engage independent local appraisers directly or work through an AMC holding an active license issued by the District of Columbia Board of Real Estate Appraisers (DLCP).
