By accessing or using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

You may use the Site for lawful business purposes related to evaluating or engaging with Atlas VMS's appraisal management, technology, and related services. You agree to use the Site only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The Atlas VMS name, logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Atlas VMS, Inc. AIM-Port is a proprietary platform of Atlas VMS, Inc. All other trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

4. Contact Forms and Communications

When you submit information through our contact forms or inquiry submissions, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to submit it on behalf of any business entity you represent. You consent to Atlas VMS using that information to contact you regarding your inquiry.

Submitting a form or inquiry does not create a client relationship, contractual obligation, or guarantee of services. Atlas VMS engages clients through separate written service agreements.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ATLAS VMS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Atlas VMS does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Atlas VMS does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Site.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ATLAS VMS, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF ATLAS VMS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall Atlas VMS's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Site exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

Atlas VMS does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk and subject to that website's terms and policies.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Modifications to Terms

Atlas VMS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Site.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Atlas VMS, Inc. with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the Site.
